This is followed by a list of opportunities and risks in the respective market segment in order to organise the approach to the acquisition targets. Of course, 100 per cent anonymous and confidential. I actively support you in negotiations and the submission of offers, as well as in the financing for the transaction. In this area, I structure the entire process, including the mediation of the appropriate bank. By searching for suitable investors, I ensure that you only have to contribute 0% equity in the best case scenario.
